What is an Accountable Care Organization?

Accountable Care Organizations are networks of physicians and other health-care providers who share financial and medical responsibility for patients. Together, we focus on what matters most to patients.

Factors like:

  • Ensuring a quality care experience
  • Helping you proactively manage your health, and
  • Finding ways to lower your health-care costs

In addition, we look at the entire ACO network to identify population health trends that help us proactively address the needs of our community.
