Nebraska Health Network Promotes Joni Cox, BSN, RN, to Manager of Population Health

(Omaha, Neb., 09/23/2024) Nebraska Health Network announces the promotion of Joni Cox, BSN, RN, to Manager of Population Health. Cox joined the NHN in 2019 as a Population Health Coordinator. Following her dedication and leadership, she was promoted to Lead Population Health Coordinator in 2023.

In her new role, Cox will oversee a team of population health coordinators and serve as a contract expert for NHN’s Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial and Medicare Advantage plans. Cox reports to Mallory Callahan, MPAS, PA-C, senior director of population health.

“Thanks to her leadership and strategic efforts, we have seen significant year-over-year improvement in our BCBS commercial and Medicare Advantage contracts,” Callahan said.
